Q1. How to join as a member?

Go to "My Account", click "Join Member" and fill up all required information and set your password then click "Join Member" button again to submit.

Q2. How to become a VIP member??

Once you've fulfilled the requirement of "Single purchase at MYR600 / NT 6,000 and above", you will automatically upgrade to VIP member and enjoy 10% discount for next purchase. The VIP membership is valid for one year

Q3.How to continue my VIP membership with condition?

  • In order to continue VIP membership in the following year, you need to fulfill requirement again for another "Single purchase at MYR600 / NT 6,000 and above" within your valid membership period of time.
  • Once the VIP membership is expired, it will be automatically adjusted to a regular membership, and will not entitle to VIP membership discount.

Q4. VIP membership has expired, how to reinstate membership?

By reinstating your VIP membership, you just need to fulfill requirement of "Single purchase at MYR600 / NT 6,000 and above", you will automatically upgrade to VIP member and enjoy 10% discount for next purchase. The VIP membership is valid for one year.

Q5. Terms & condition and procedure for all international countries (other than Malaysia and Singapore)

Terms & Condition

We regret to inform that there is no free shipping term for areas other than Malaysia and Singapore. All orders will be charged at Malaysia's international postage rates based upon weights and destination of parcel.

Please kindly contact our customer service at service@basicaltrend.com, our customer service representative will assist you and provide international shipping postage to you. If you have not complete the payment process within 3 days, your purchase order will be deleted by system.

We regret that return policy will not apply and eligible for international countries other than Malaysia and Singapore, due to high freight & postage cost and complicated return procedures. Thus, please make sure to confirm your purchase items before checking out to avoid any mistake or trouble caused. We kindly hope and request for your understanding at this point.

Please kindly send your full name and birthday details to our customer service at service@basicaltrend.com, we will help you to track your member data accordingly.

Q8. How to change my personal data and password?

Please sign in and go to "My Account", then go to "Personal Data & Password" and change the details。

Q9. How to count the trial days of receipt?

All goods purchased on this site, return of 7 day receipt is calculated on the next day of delivery day as the first day (where force majeure and any man-made factors excluded)
All return goods must be obtained in a complete condition and must comply with the requirements of the return status as follows
a. NO Stains, NO perfume or NO makeup remained on cloth(es)
b. Goods have NOT been washed
c. When return the goods, all items including free gifts must be in a complete status
d. Tags have NOT been removed
e. All goods with addition processed works (embroidered, printed or trimmed), return will NOT be accepted

f.Due to hygienic reasons, all accessories will not be refunded or exchanged.

Q10. Why [Only Return, No Exchange] policy applied?

When consumers returned the goods to us, we need to verify sender's purchase data and confirm all goods are comply our return policy, and then will precede internal return order and packaging procedures, and re-sent the correct item to our customers. This back and forward procedure may consume 5~ 7 working days. We hope to provide a better and efficiency service as quickly as possible to send the goods to our customers.

Q11. How to query my P.O. Status?

Please sign in and go to "My Account" and select "P.O. Status", you can view all P.O. Status in details.

Q12. Why my online credit card transaction failed?

There are reasons occurred as below:
(1) Bank system internal error, system maintenance or network congestion caused transaction waiting for long time and failure.
(2)  You enter incorrect data, including card number, expiry date or Incorrect CVV.
(3) Your credit card limit is full, please kindly contact your bank and increase the credit limit.
(4) You have just paid your credit card monthly bill, but not yet been recorded by your bank, thus online credit card transaction will be temporarily restricted.
(5) We suggest you to use another credit card.
Basic Natural reminds you, we will NEVER take the initiative to inform you to change your payment terms for the order, or asking to reset your personal ATM information.

Q13. How to complete ATM transfer payment notice?

If you chose ATM transfer payment method, please kindly make the payment within 3 days and follow steps below:
「Sign in」→「My Account」 →「P.O. Status」→ 「Payment Management」. Once all required information has been filled in, click to submit, then the ATM payment procedure is considered complete.

Q14. How to query return or refund status?

Please sign in and go to "My Account" and click on "Return" tab, you can view your return goods status in details.

Q15.The items that I wish to buy are out of stock, when will it be available again?

The quantity of Basic Natural products is available as shown on the site. Every piece of products is a limited production with strict control. We will take member's suggestion to reproduce the pieces as per customers 'demand.

Q17. How many days will I receive the goods after I've made the payment? How do I check?

Goods will send out immediately once the payment is made. Delivery days will vary according to the destiny of location.。
Please go to "My Account" and "P.O. Status" to query airway bill number, then you can link to SKYNET and Pelican Express website to track your parcel status with your airway bill number, or contact our customer service at service@basicaltrend.com.
